We built PROTAGONIST because most studios aren’t built to create real physical change.

WHAT TO KNOW
Everything you need to know before your first PROTAGONIST session.

Do I need experience to join?
No. All levels are welcome — from complete beginners to advanced movers.
Your coach will give you live corrections and tailor the intensity to your level, so you always know exactly how to move.
How does it work if I’m new?
Arrive 10 minutes early, we’ll set you up, explain the basics, and guide you throughout the session.
You’ll never train alone — you’ll always have coaching and support.

How do I book a class?
All bookings happen through the Protagonist app — available on iOS and Android — or via our website.Choose your session, confirm your spot, and you’re set.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 12 hours before class to keep your credit.Late cancellations and no-shows automatically lose the session credit..
How do waitlists work?
If a class is full, join the waitlist.If a spot opens, you’ll be notified instantly through the app (make sure push notifications are on) or by e-mail.

Where is the studio exactly?
Zeughausstrasse 3, 8004 Zürich — right between Stauffacher and HB.Ground floor is Reformer, lower floor is Strength.

What should I wear?
Form-fitting activewear you can move in.Grip socks are required for Reformer.
Grip or normal socks for Strength.

Do you offer trials or intro packs?
Yes — explore our credit packs and intro specials.If you’re unsure, start small and feel it out.
How do credits work?
Each session = one credit.Choose packs or memberships depending on how often you train.
The more you commit, the better the value.
Can I share credits?
Not at the moment — all credits are personal.But we do offer referral benefits when you bring a friend.

Can I train if I’m pregnant or recovering from injury?
Please check with your doctor first.Let us know before class and we’ll adjust where needed.
What if I’m running late?
If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to let you join — for safety reasons.Do you have showers?
No. This is a Lab, not a spa.But we do offer eucalyptus-infused towels after class to freshen up and reset.
Do you allow drop-ins?
Yes — if there’s a free spot.Drop-ins can be paid on the spot via TWINT.
