I’m CAMILLA — born in Italy, raised around the world, and now based in Zurich. With 10+ years of experience in the health & fitness world, I blend Functional training, Strength, and Pilates movements to create a holistic approach that’s all about feeling strong, confident, and balanced. In my strength classes, expect powerful workouts that will leave you energized, empowered, and motivated to push yourself beyond your limits — because you truly don’t have any.

VICTORIA

Strength Coach


I’m VICTORIA — I was born in London and lived in Madrid for 5 years. With experience in Strength training, Reformer Pilates, Running and Netball, my classes will help you unlock new levels of fitness, strength and confidence through movement. My approach goes beyond the physical: building a strong mindset creates consistency and lasting results. I love challenge and the growth that comes with it — because with challenge comes change!

STEFI

Strength Coach


I’m STEFI — I completed my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health at ETH. I strongly believe that combining various types of movement is one of the most effective ways to reach your goals — both physically and mentally. In my classes, you can expect functional exercises that target multiple muscle groups at once. My focus is always on form — because nothing matters more than precision and determination.

I’m AUSTE’ — my journey into reformer began with a deep curiosity about wellness, movement, and the connection between how we feel on the inside and how we show up in the world. What started as a personal practice quickly became a passion for strength, precision, and workouts that challenge both body and mind.

My classes blend the precision of classical Reformer Pilates with strong, engaging sequences set to techno beats— designed to keep you focused, switched on, and leaving the day behind feeling powerful and energized.

I’m HELIN — I’ve learned that true strength and balance don’t come from focusing on just one thing — but from creating a hybrid training approach that combines different methods in a smart, sustainable way. That’s why my classes bring together the precision and control of Pilates with the power and intensity of strength training. My goal is not only to help you disconnect from everyday stress, but also to build a strong, resilient body that supports you longterm.

I’m SOPHIA — Movement has always been a natural part of my life. It was ballet that first showed me the beauty of control, elegance, awareness, and strength. Years later, I discovered Pilates and it felt like coming home.

What began as a personal practice soon became a transformative source of both physical and mental strength, unlike anything I had experienced before.

My mission is to share the essence and power of Pilates with as many people as possible to help them feel grounded, strengthened, and connected to their bodies in a meaningful way.
