I’m SARA — I left the corporate world to build a space that trains the way I do: focused, structured, and built for measurable progress; I coach both Reformer and Strength sessions with surgical precision and a calm-but-deadly vibe, delivering controlled, form-focused, quietly brutal workouts that you’ll feel either way — and yes, I even travel with bands and ankle weights in my hand luggage, holidays included.
CAMILLA
Co-Founder + Head Coach
I’m CAMILLA — born in Italy, raised around the world, and now based in Zurich. With 10+ years of experience in the health & fitness world, I blend Functional training, Strength, and Pilates movements to create a holistic approach that’s all about feeling strong, confident, and balanced. In my strength classes, expect powerful workouts that will leave you energized, empowered, and motivated to push yourself beyond your limits — because you truly don’t have any.
STEFI
Strength Coach
I’m STEFI — I completed my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health at ETH. I strongly believe that combining various types of movement is one of the most effective ways to reach your goals — both physically and mentally. In my classes, you can expect functional exercises that target multiple muscle groups at once. My focus is always on form — because nothing matters more than precision and determination.

I’m SOPHIA — movement has always been a part of my life. Ballet first introduced me to the beauty of control, elegance, and strength. Years later, discovering Pilates felt like coming home — familiar, yet transformative.
What began as a personal practice became a powerful source of mental and physical resilience. My mission is to share the depth of Pilates with others, helping them feel grounded, strong, and fully connected to their bodies.
CHIARA
Reformer RX Coach
I‘m CHIARA — being active has always shaped my everyday life. I grew up practicing artistic swimming, where I learned discipline, precision, and a deep awareness of the body.
Today, I stay engaged through gym training, running, Pilates - movement is where I find energy and balance.
What I love about Pilates is its unique balance between the flow and elegance of each movement combined with real strength and effectiveness.
In my pilates classes, you can expect a dynamic workout that leaves you with that satisfying muscle burn.
CAROL
Strength Coach
I’m CAROL — over a decade in banking before I moved on to what actually moves me: fitness, community, and activewear (founding Nuude along the way).
Strength is what I've practiced the longest, but yoga taught me stillness and half marathons taught me focus — and it all shows up in the room.
Brazilian, with chapters in the US, Spain, and Switzerland, I coach the way I move: warm, fully present, a little loud.
Because if you're working on yourself, the least you can do is have some fun.
EMILY
Reformer RX Coach
I’m EMILY — Pilates has become my grounding ritual over the past few years and it inspired me to share that feeling with others by becoming an instructor.
In a world where everything moves so fast, I want my classes to offer a moment to slow down — a space to reconnect your mind and body and simply be present. My hope is that you’ll carry that feeling with you long after you leave the studio.
Expect mindful movement, intentional strength and a space to simply be yourself.
